Attorney Ellen Susser Kief focuses her practice on U.S. Immigration Law, Family Law, and Mediation Services. Born in Montreal, Ms. Kief is a dual national, USA/Canadian. She is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar; U.S. District Court of Massachusetts; and U.S. Court of Appeals 1st Circuit. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association as a Foreign Lawyer.

Attorney Kief is the incoming co-chair of the Boston Bar Association (BBA) Immigration Section and serves on the BBA Family Law Steering Committee. She served as the co-chair of the Boston Bar Association Solo/Small Firm Section and as the co-chair of the BBA Immigration Committee.

Attorney Kief was elected to serve on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) National NMD Governance for New England and Canada; She serves as the AILA New England Congressional Liaison and; she served as the AILA representative to the Community Based Organizations (CBO).

Attorney Kief was elected as a Director to the Executive Board of the New England-Canada Business Council (NECBC).

Attorney Kief is very active in the legal community providing legal representation, outreach and education.
