Attorney Ellen Susser Kief focuses her practice on U.S. Immigration Business Law,Investor Visa's;Immigration Family Law; Family Law Practice, and Mediation.

Born in Montreal, Ms. Kief is a dual national, USA/Canadian. She is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar; U.S. District Court of Massachusetts; and U.S. Court of Appeals 1st Circuit. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association as a Foreign Lawyer.

Attorney Kief served as the co-chair of the Boston Bar Association (BBA) Immigration Section. She serves on the BBA Family Law Steering Committee and BBA- wide Education Committee. She served as the co-chair of the Boston Bar Association Solo/Small Firm Section and as the co-chair of the BBA Immigration Committee.

Attorney Kief was elected to serve on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) National NMD Governance for New England and Canada; She serves as the AILA New England Congressional Liaison and; she served as the AILA representative to the Community Based Organizations (CBO).

Attorney Kief serves on the Executive Board of the New England-Canada Business Council (NECBC).

Attorney Kief is very active in the legal community providing legal representation, outreach and education.

She is the 2007 Denis Maguire Award Recipient Honoring Outstanding Work in Commitment to Justice.
